As The Temptations told us on their definitive 1972 rendition of the Motown standard, their Papa Was a Rolling Stone whose penchant for liquor and womanizing pulled him away from the family home (and eventually into an early grave). While Nino Augustine is a Rolling Stone as well, there is one main difference: he would love nothing more than to go back home but, unfortunately, duty calls. Board magician Keith “Smoov” Conover lives up to his name, piecing Vincent Troyani‘s sax and James Dellatoma’s guitar together to form a jazzy, light instrumental. Atop the skilfully-arranged beat, Augustine impresses with a genuine, unique performance, showcasing both his refreshing flow and his smooth singing voice. Until Reality Hits is Nino Augustine's second official release.  A very emotional work of art in which Nino talks about his fascination with creating music and the results that come from it. It aims to inspire those with a dream to be fearless and transcend the norms of society. The song is Co produced by Nino and Peter Charalambidis who also adds additional vocals. This is the official music video world premiere for Nino Augustine’s  new single "Soul Kitchen". “Soul Kitchen" is an alternative, hip-hop, and jazz infused song produced by Brandon “Biro” Rowan and written by Nino Augustine. Nino’s new single aims to inspire those with a dream to be fearless and transcend the norms of society. The eclectic and artistic video, featuring exceptional choreography  by well known break dancer Dus 1, was directed by  Atlanta, GA based production company A Tall Guy Films.

We just received a new track from the rapper/singer Nino Augustine titled Until Reality Hits. It’s a beautiful track that pairs Nino’s Lupe Fiasco-sounding voice with a ballad-like chorus, and only piano throughout the song. Nino talks about dreaming big, being in love, and always questioning how good something is. The song is about letting yourself go, and pursuing your ambitions no matter what. It has a great message, and is a great listen. Check it out below and show Nino some love!</em>
